The hotel location was good. It was close to Autostadt. The room was clean and included a kettle and hairdryer. The staff members acted professionally and were very pleasant. I used the car park on site .

The additional bed for my teenager was too hard.

i found a few things disappointing. the staff seemed understaffed at times. the bar area was often unattended making it hard to get a drink or snack. this meant waits were long. also the room size felt quite small particularly with luggage there was limited space to move around comfortably it impacted my stay a bit.

My room and bathroom were super clean. The bedding was clean too. I found tea and coffee in the room which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good. I had a lot of choices.

I waited a long time for check-in due to the large number of guests.

the hotel's location is very convenient. all the staff members were cheerful and helpful i really appreciated that. the room provided was clean and the beds were super comfy. i also found the hand soaps particularly nice to use.

the parking fee for my motorcycle felt quite high especially since it barely used any space.
