malfunctioning air conditioning unfulfilled request

the air conditioning barely functioned, resulting in uncomfortably warm nights, a real letdown. i also found that my request for a double bed was not honored, and instead, two single beds was pushed together. waiting for the lift on the sixth floor was often lengthy. these issues need addressing.

strong internet big room smokers gathering outdated rooms

The hotel location is excellent. Just a 7-minute walk from the train station. Tourist sights are very close. I could walk to them easily. The room was big and clean. Strong internet connection helped me to work without any issues.

I found smokers right outside the hotel entrance. It was annoying. The pictures look great, but the rooms seem a bit outdated. I was expecting something more modern.
