malfunctioning air conditioningunfulfilled request

the air conditioning barely functioned, resulting in uncomfortably warm nights, a real letdown. i also found that my request for a double bed was not honored, and instead, two single beds was pushed together. these issues need addressing.

The hotel location is excellent. Just a 7-minute walk from the train station. Tourist sights are very close. I could walk to them easily. The room was big and clean. Strong internet connection helped me to work without any issues.

I found smokers right outside the hotel entrance. It was annoying. The pictures look great, but the rooms seem a bit outdated. I was expecting something more modern.
