the location was convenient for accessing transport links.

The room door did not always close properly, a security concern (this happened more than once). i also found the housekeeping inconsistent. Staff entered the room daily without knocking, moving personal items. they offered fresh towels, i appreciate the gesture, but this process lacked consistency and communication.

The hotel location amazed me because it was really near the train station and the city center, that's so awesome! The hotel looks modern. The room I got was huge and beautifully decorated. The breakfast I had was a total bliss, it was great and so relaxing too!

My room's air con wasn't working properly. This was not good. the hotel clerk left my check-in form with personal information on the counter unattended, that's not professional at all. I tried for over a week after my stay to get an invoice, but it has been without success, that's too bad!

The room I had was quite spacious. I received a larger room than the standard single room. It was practically a triple room on the corner of the building. The windows provided good soundproofing. I barely heard the trains even when it was quiet.

The hotel claimed there was no housekeeping . every morning, staff entered the room without knocking. I appreciated the unexpected fresh towels, but the cleaner mixed my items with my friend's. Some items kept getting lost as a result.
