the location is wonderful. the view it like out of a painting, so exciting! if you have a car its a short drive to luzern. the staff is super friendly too, i loved this!
the entire hotel is dated. the carpets were stained and filthy. i think its important to address this to improve customer satisfaction.

I found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It offered easy access to the lake. My room had an amazing view from the balcony. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and I liked the fresh pastries. The pool provided a relaxing atmosphere.
The minibar was not working properly. It was empty upon my arrival.

The staff was helpful with directions and provided information on local attractions. They promptly addressed my questions about transportation and offered suggestions for nearby restaurants, which I appreciated.

The hotel features a well kept pool and a fitness center with modern equipment. I saw that the sauna area includes both a Finnish sauna and a steam room. The on-site parking made transportation easy.
