Poseidon Beach Hotel features 34 guest rooms. The Triple Room includes one matrimonial or two single beds or three single beds and a furnished small balcony overlooking the garden or the inside yard. The Sea View Double/Twin Room offers a furnished balcony overlooking the hotel's pool and the sea. The Family Room has two bedrooms with one matrimonial and two single beds, plus a furnished balcony overlooking the garden or a pool. The Double/Twin Room provides one matrimonial or two single beds and a furnished balcony overlooking the garden, pool, or the hotel's inside yard. Rooms feature air conditioning, refrigerator, cable channels, and wake-up service. Access to upper or lower floors is only by stairs. Smoking is not allowed on the entire property.

Poseidon Beach Hotel is located in Kamari Beach, 10 km southeast of the capital, Fira. The hotel is located on the pedestrian area, where are allowed only the supplier's cars till 11:30am. Landmarks nearby include Eduart Gjopalaj Workshop (0.5 km), Perissa Black Sand Beach (2.5 km), and Kamari Black Pebble Beach (1 km). The bus stop for Thira is in front of the entrance hall. First road on left in the parking area down the cliff just on the beach. You can simply take a nice walk along the waterfront.
