Portiani Hotel offers rooms designed in Cycladic style. Double Rooms feature twin or double beds, with views of the sea or Adamas. Deluxe Double Rooms include balconies with sea views. Deluxe Plus Rooms, located on the top floor, have a separate living room with a sofa bed. Family Rooms offer two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and views of Adamas Village. Each room includes air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms are equipped with ergonomic furniture.

The hotel features a breakfast room. A breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, featuring fruits and local products from Milos, such as jams and homemade delicacies. A daily buffet with fruits, biscuits, and sweets is offered from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM. There's an onsite cafe bar.
