Pointe Plaza Hotel has 70 oversized guest suites and lofts. Standard Twin Suites offer premium guest accommodations. Suites include a full kitchenette and a bed. King Suites on the top floor feature views of Manhattan. Select rooms feature views of the Manhattan skyline. Each room includes a high-definition 37-inch flat-panel Smart TV with cable service. Rooms also feature ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, free toiletries, and an AM/FM alarm clock. Spacious suites also include one bedroom, a seating area, and one bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The kitchen is available for food storage and cooking. Check-in was smooth and the staff was so friendly. they upgraded my room without me even asking. More hotels should do that. the beds were super comfortable and i got extra toothpastes!

the neighborhood got noisy. shame there isn't a subway stop nearby.

The staff was very approachable, i love that! the free breakfast included bagels (which were descent, not gonna lie) plus coffee and i really appreciate that. the room was large and the bathroom was a good size. i especially appreciated the vending machine in the lobby with hot water, cups, tea, and coffee. It was available 24 hours a day!

i noticed the neighborhood was a little noisy with traffic, especially early in the morning and late at night, but it wasn't a huge deal.

the room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom. i had a quadruple room, and it was big. the beds felt comfy, and i appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival.

The hotel is in a safe area. It's near a quiet jewish neighborhood. i felt secure while walking around. a subway station is within walking distance (it took me about 20 minutes).

The check-in process was efficient. The staff was quick and helpful. The price was reasonable for what was offered! I used rideshares to navigate, bypassing traffic effectively. Parking garages near the hotel offered acceptable pricing.

The room, though functional, lacked essential utensils and cutlery for the kitchenette. This was a real inconvenience.

the room was a good size, beneficial for my stay. (i had a quadruple room).

the breakfast left much to be desired. it was mostly bagels and coffee, not a very balanced meal. the neighborhood felt quite isolated, with limited options for dining or shopping. the subway was a fair distance away, requiring a bit of a walk.
