Tampering or interfering with any detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points, and fire extinguishers, is prohibited. Cooking, cooking appliances, combustibles, or fireworks are prohibited. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily between 8 AM and 6 PM. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily, and bed linens will be changed each day if all personal items are removed. If the maximum number of guests allowed is exceeded, guests will be asked to rent another guest room or vacate the hotel.

surprisingly decent stay near penn station
convenient location secure entrance helpful staff simple room
the location proved convenient i walked easily from penn station with my luggage the hotel entrance felt secure with its key code access i found the staff helpful when i needed directions the room was simple but it suited my short visit well
i noticed a small stain on one of the towels it looked like old coffee or something

the hotel's proximity to penn station simplified my travel plans i walked there in under ten minutes the surrounding area has numerous dining options and convenience stores i found several subway lines nearby too

EXCELLENT stay NEAR Madison Square Garden!
friendly staff prime location comfy room
Check-in WAS easy and the front desk staff was very friendly! The hotel is right near Madison Square Garden, and it's walkable to Times Square as WELL. The room felt very homey and comfy, which I LOVED.

fragile door paper-thin windows
the room i got certainly wasn't winning any beauty contests. the door didn't exactly inspire confidence, either. it seemed like a stiff breeze could handle it. and let's not forget the good symphony of street noises penetrating the paper-thin windows.. i swear i could hear every taxi horn and distant siren as if they were right in the room with me.

great location luggage storage helpful staff
The location is fantastic. It is right next to penn station. they offer luggage storage in reception, made seeing the area after check out very easy. the staff were helpful, and i found them always ready to assist (i really appreciated this). the bathroom was also quite nice.
the street noises were a bit loud, especially from the trains and traffic.

okay stay at the hotel
convenient location great service small sink tiny place
the hotel was very close to the venue, i was attending a concert there. the staff was always there to help me and give great service and support.
our room was not on the pictures shown, it was a tiny place. also, the sink was outside the bathroom, and super small!

The room included air conditioning that worked well. I had easy access to the subway, it was only a short walk. The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
