The hotel does not have an elevator, but luggage assistance is available. Midtown West Hotel is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, will be kept in a secure location for up to fourteen (14) days. The hotel is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the shipping carrier.
Important Hotel Policies
Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome. A $100 USD incidental deposit is required upon arrival. Tampering or interfering with any detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points, and fire extinguishers, is prohibited. Cooking, cooking appliances, combustibles, or fireworks are prohibited. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily between 8 AM and 6 PM. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily, and bed linens will be changed each day if all personal items are removed. If the maximum number of guests allowed is exceeded, guests will be asked to rent another guest room or vacate the hotel.
