central and clean
central location clean room
the location is central and very convenient. it is near shops (right in the centre by all the shops). the rooms are clean. personnel was nice and polite.
i arrived with heavy luggage and no one helped. there is no lift to get to the upper floors. i had to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs.

A breakfast room is available. It provides a sufficient choice of food. there are many restaurants near the location of the hotel. a juice place is located across the street.

the hotel location is excellent. it's just a short walk to the harbour (about 3 minutes). it is next to the shopping street. the central bus station is close too (3 minutes away).

the staff were helpful (i really appreciated that). they were willing to hold my backpacks. they gave many tips about local hotspots. i was assisted in getting a cab.

elevator absence small room
the lack of an elevator was a problem. i had difficulty bringing my luggage to the room. the room size was also smaller than i expected, so i felt a bit cramped. i struggled to open my suitcase fully without bumping into furniture.
