i particularly appreciated the helpful staff who provided great restaurant recommendations upon my arrival. they ensured my luggage was kept safe before check-in which i found very convenient. the team even took my luggage up to my room in advance so i could go straight up. this was seamless and added to the very smooth check-in process.
i noticed a bit of noise from other guests exiting their rooms which sometimes disturbed the peace.

The hotel room offered great views of the port from the balcony. The location was steps away from shops restaurants and cafes. The staff provided directions and other information when needed. Access to downtown via ferry was easy and quick.
The corridor door created noise from people passing by the room.

i have stayed here for multiple years during annual visits. the hotel is consistently excellent. personal attention from the team really put it over the top for me. i will return next year for another vacation.
the room overlooked the canal and pedestrians often walked past. this lack of privacy made it difficult to relax. i suggest higher floors for more seclusion from foot traffic.

I really liked the hotel's location. Port grimaud is easily walkable with many restaurants very close. the beach is less than a half-mile walk from the hotel. the staff were kind, and i found them helpful, too. They answered all my questions. les bateaux verts provided a convenient way to reach st tropez.
The room overlooked the street. some street noise was present, especially early in the morning. it was sometimes a little disruptive to my sleep. Maybe rooms facing the canal would be quieter. i did not request a change though.
