Hotel Playa Colibri has 45 apartments of varied size around a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Options include: One bedroom with a queen bed for up to two guests. One bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with a single bed for up to three guests. Two bedrooms-one with a King bed, one with a Queen or two Single beds-for up to four guests. Or two bedrooms plus a loft with two single beds for up to six guests. Certain units include balconies with sea, garden, or pool views. Every unit provides air conditioning, fans, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a hair dryer, a safe box, and a full kitchen.
Dining at Colibri
Breakfast is included. Half pension and full pension meal plans can also be reserved. The Kiosko Bar & Restaurant prepares dishes and tropical beverages. A 3 course meal is served with the choice of red/white wine or champagne. Every Saturday, Happy Hour runs from 4 PM to 9 PM, with a group of animators or a DJ. Romantic dinners can be arranged on the beach or in the dining area.
Leisure Activities
Hotel Playa Colibri has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The hotel's multilingual reception staff can arrange excursions to the Samaná Peninsula. Popular options include: whale watching in Samaná Bay, a trip to Playa Rincón to enjoy the beach and eateries, a tour of El Limón waterfall, and a visit to Los Haitises National Park to see caves and forests.

Hotel Playa Colibri is located on Las Ballenas beach in Las Terrenas, Samaná. Playa Bellenas is 0.5 km away, while Plaza Commercial El Paseo de la Costanera is 2.5 km away. The hotel is 30 km from Samaná El Catey International Airport. The reception department organizes transfers to and from the airport, as well as other destinations in the country. The rate to Juan Bosch Airport (AZS) Samana is 70 USD. The rate to Las Americas Airport (SDQ) Santo Domingo is 200 USD.
