charming stay
helpful staff early arrival nice area taxi service
the staff spoke english well. they helped us efficiently when we arrived early. the area is nice, and i believe metro is nearby. i took a taxi into the central area.
the door to the toilet area its kinda see through, a bit strange if you share the room.

breakfast was excellent. the eggs i ordered were cooked perfect. there was not hot food. the hotel description mentioned food options for vegetarians and vegans, but the staff only mentioned a salad.

the hotel is in a quiet residential area. its not far from pinar de chamartín metro station. it is about six stops away from the bernabéu stadium. its about twelve minutes by car from the airport.

helpful staff quiet location perfect eggs
i found the staff spoke english well and were very helpful. the location was quiet. the breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked perfectly when ordered separately. i appreciated how they efficiently managed my early arrival.
the see-through door to the toilet area felt slightly odd.
