The hotel's restaurant serves regional and international cuisine, mostly fish and seafood dishes, with seasonal and local produce, along with an Italian wine list. The restaurant's terrace dominates the front of the building with views of the promenade and Maiori's bay between the Norman Tower and the Miramare Castle. The menu is complemented by a wine list spanning from labels of the Amalfi Coast to the Campania Region, ending with the rest of Italy. The light and spacious restaurant dominates a spectacular view of the seaside promenade and the Bay of Maiori, stretching from the Norman Tower to the Miramare Castle with the hill of Ravello in the background. Open for breakfast from 7:00 AM to 9:45 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:15 PM, and dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:15 PM. Guests can have lunch on the day of the Cooking Course, brief introduction to the Costa vines and pairing with the dishes served. There is welcome dinner on arrival with a 4 course tasting meu prepared by the chef. The chef focuses attention to the basic principles of the Mediterranean cuisine.
