faulty remotepoor sound insulation
I must report some issues . The remote control for the television was not working. I requested assistance , but the receptionist stated that they had never received complaints about the television before. This response felt dismissive. The walls provided insufficient sound insulation , and I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room.
