The breakfast buffet offered many choices and EVERYTHING was so fresh. The location provided easy access to the ocean for swimming. This was a MAJOR plus. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The elevator wait times were a little long during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit and many options. Direct access to the ocean was a plus. The staff provided excellent service . José at reception helped with future bookings. I appreciated the spacious room with ample storage.

The breakfast buffet includes plentiful fresh options. I found the poolside bar and terrace bar to be refined. THE content was very rich and the views atop the ocean are nice.

The hotel staff was generally friendly and very helpful. The guest relations manager, Lisbeth Albuquerque, helped me book Fado dinner at the hotel restaurant. Housekeeping did an Excellent job.

The location provides easy access to the seafront and many nearby restaurants. The Lido area is close. I found it a pleasant walk to the main part of town. There is also a supermarket close to the hotel.

I appreciated the spacious room with storage and a balcony facing the ocean. The sea view from the room was superb. The room included comfortable beds and a fridge. IT was quite useful.

I was thankful for the great ocean access. Swimming was very easy. the pool area had many loungers and sun umbrellas. There were plenty of places to relax. breakfast impressed me. The options were fresh and tables were always kept clean.

room service was sometimes slow, even though the staff were very helpful.
