The hotel offers 21 guestrooms. Standard Rooms are 22 square meters. Superior Rooms are 25 square meters and overlook Haritos street. Junior Suites, on the 4th and 5th floors, are 45 square meters and have a sitting room and balcony. The 65-square-meter Penthouse Suite features an open-plan living room, office area, a balcony with seating, and a private Jacuzzi. Rooms include Simmons mattresses, soundproofing, electric sun-proof and blackout curtains, TV with satellite channels, a working desk, minibar, and electronic safe deposit box. Aerial city imagery is featured in all rooms.

It is a 10-minute walk to Evangelismos and Syntagma metro stations, the Greek Parliament, National Gardens, Benaki Museum, Cycladic Museum, and Byzantine Museum. The Monastiraki, Plaka, and Acropolis neighborhoods are within a 20-minute walk.
