Penn Wells Lodge provides accommodations including new suites and standard guest rooms. Each new suite has a living area with a sleeper couch, a 37-inch flat-screen television, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Rooms with 2 double beds include direct access to the parking lot. The West Tower features Executive suites. The Main Lodge houses rooms with two double or two queen beds, a television, desk, and private bath. North Wing rooms include 2 double beds.

Guests can begin the day with a complimentary American breakfast that includes hot items such as scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, fruit, and baked goods. Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea are available. Guests can utilize the dining facilities of the Hotel, located one block away. The Mary Wells Dining Room offers fine dining. The Penn Wells Lounge serves burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and snacks.
