The room was quite small. The shower cubicle is not ideal for a large person.

The staff provided coffee outdoors a thoughtful gesture I much appreciated. Breakfast included full English options along with tea and coffee ensuring a satisfying start. The owner was very helpful and cute always available when needed. The location was convenient a short walk from the North pier and train station.
The central heating did not work, so an electric heater was provided.
