The newly furnished room felt fresh and modern. the breakfast was great. I especially enjoyed the variety. the pool area was clean and well kept. I saw people enjoying it. the staff were friendly, they accommodated my request for a newly furnished room.
The bathtub in my room had plumbing issues. It wouldn't hold water. the drain seemed to be malfunctioning and i couldn't take a proper bath. this was a bit disappointing, especially given the rest of the hotel's standards.

The front desk staff were helpful and cute. I appreciated their assistance. several staff members were mentioned by name for being particularly helpful to guests. this indicates a commitment to positive guest interaction.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food items and seemed well-managed! marco polo restaurant is available for dining needs. there are other dining options, including chinese cuisine and a terrace cafe. Though i didn't visit them.

The check-in was fast. I appreciate that. a complimentary breakfast was arranged early since i needed to leave for the airport at 5am. a mattress was also provided when i requested it for my youngest child.
one of the two lifts to the guest rooms was broken .

the front desk staff was attentive during check-in.
The executive twin room i booked showed wear. The flooring had visible marks! plus, i never received the welcome fruit basket promised on the website. i asked about it, and they brought one the next day, but it seemed like an afterthought.
