The staff was accommodating and friendly. A free shuttle bus ran at different times, VERY convenient. The rooms were clean. It included a microwave, toaster, coffee percolator, crockery, and iron with an ironing board.

The breakfast was nice. I thought the hotel breakfast and lunch were the BEST I've had at any hotel in Thailand, with several choices that tasted fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful, satisfying my culinary preferences.

The rooms were spacious. The room's cleanliness was good. The floor-to-ceiling glass allows for a feeling of openness and a view from a high position all day long, bringing lots of sunlight into my room.

The hotel maintained its quality and good service. The staff was helpful and super informative. The staff provided excellent service, warmly cute me upon my arrival and ensuring my needs were promptly and efficiently met.
