“What stands out here is a meticulously revived villa, high on Colle San Mauro since 1778, now offering views across Valle Oracola and toward Monte Terminillo. I noticed the Belle Epoque restaurant puts a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, sourced seasonally, plus the fact they'll dedicate themselves to only one wedding per day. For those seeking a tranquil retreat with both historical charm and modern comforts, this property presents a compelling option.”
