the hotel boasts air-conditioned rooms and general premises which ensured a comfortable environment. i received a complimentary room upgrade to a larger space . the view from the balcony was quite amazing.
during my stay, i noticed the absence of body lotion and hair conditioner in the room. providing these amenities would definitely enhance the guest experience.

The breakfast offered many options, i noticed fresh fruit and warm pastries. The staff were friendly. overall, i thought it was a great choice for short stays.
The temporary parking in front had ONE space and was a HUGE problem at arrival.

I found the check-in process to be smooth. The staff were very helpful and shared great tips on local attractions. I even got an upgraded room , I really liked it. The view from the balcony was awesome!!!
The parking situation for loading and unloading luggage was quite challenging. There was only one parking spot in front of the hotel. This caused some delays and required extra patience during arrival.

Excellent stay with a few minor hiccups

The location is very convenient (i walked everywhere). Breakfast offered enough options and was of good quality. The room was clean and the bed provided great comfort. I especially liked the air-conditioned rooms. It helped a lot during the hot days.
The parking situation was challenging at arrival. There was only one temporary parking spot in front of the hotel, resulting in a stressful experience. Staff at reception seemed indifferent to the situation, leaving guests to manage traffic obstruction.
