i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the gondola (it's really close!). the ski storage was convenient and located right on site. i also found the food to be of a high standard compared to other restaurants in the area.
the towel dryer in my room wasn't working. i couldn't dry my ski jackets after a day on the slopes.

The hotel is close to the gondola lift, this makes access to the slopes easy. The surroundings were green and peaceful . The hotel is also near the town center, it is roughly 150m away.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated their calm demeanor and helpfulness. They arranged a take-away breakfast for our early departure, I did not even ask for this.

The rooms were newly renovated, warm and well equipped. My room was comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfy, this guaranteed restful nights after skiing.

The rooms are cozy and clean. i found the beds offered supreme comfort. the staff are helpful and genuinely kind making the stay that much better. the location provides convenient access to the nearest ski lift. A mere 7-8 minute walk.
The room temperature regulation seemed a bit off. It was difficult to adjust to a comfortable setting at first.

The sheet quality was POOR. They were very old, and they had bumps all over. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on those sheets. I really did not sleep well.

the spa facilities was good, i must admit.
the staff really failed to grasp english well, this resulted in difficulties with basic requests, a bit frustrating i have to say. it seemed they was not trying to understand.

i find the staff helpful. i enjoyed the lovely new bar area. it had lots of seating. a log fire kept it extra cozy. drinks were also at sensible prices.
i noticed that the hotel had multiple school tours. those tours stayed for the dates i booked. mornings and evenings could get noisy, which did affect my stay.
