hit or miss, really

vague check-in loud music

the staff was indeed friendly and cute, i'll give them that much..

i must admit, my stay wasn't exactly stellar. the check-in process was rather vague. i received next to no information regarding the hotel's facilities and services.. i had to figure everything out myself, like some sort of scavenger hunt. also, there were several events and a wedding happening, so loud music kept playing until the wee hours.

I found the staff attentive and kind. They were proactive in ensuring my comfort. The breakfast had so much choice and all of it was delicious. I also appreciated the heated pools, maintained at a very pleasant temperature. It.). The room was beautiful, it had many thoughtful details. The staff surprised my family with a small cake and a lovely message. The weather was nice. The front desk lady was professional (helpful and polite). The grounds are extensive, I enjoyed walking through them. The staff is friendly. It was convenient to switch from a pool lounge to a beach palapa. I greatly enjoyed the convenience of the tour boat to Islas Ballestas. I thought the food was excellent, especially at Chalana. Chalana had amazing ceviche. My family also enjoyed the main restaurant. Service at the pool bar was great too.

The check-in experience lacked some information. I believe more guidance about the hotel's facilities would be helpful.
