Palo Santo Hotel features Charqui Restaurant, which specializes in homemade Argentine cuisine. Guests taste slow-cooked ojo de bife with Andean potatoes or braised pork with ñoquis and mushrooms. The restaurant serves homemade Argentinian cuisine and cold cuts. Weekday lunch hours are 12pm - 3:30pm / 7pm - 12am Wednesday through Friday. Saturday hours are 12pm - 12am and Sunday 12pm-7pm. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet featuring local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, which includes vegetarian and vegan options. Items include milk and plant-based milk, wholewheat and white bread with butter, cream cheese, jam, hummus and dulce de leche, cereal, cheeses and cold cuts, homemade pastry, fresh fruit and fruit salad, scrambled eggs, omelets made to order, bacon, croissants and viennoiseries. Weekday breakfast hours are 7am to 10:30am and weekends/bank holidays are 8am to 11am.
