Papaevangelou Hotel is a stone mansion that reflects the traditional architecture of the Zagori region. Rooms & Studios
The hotel provides 10 rooms that accommodate up to three guests, each with a double bed and some with an additional single bed. The decor features sturdy wood elements. Each room provides a private bathroom with amenities, independent heating, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. Daily maid service is available. For families, the hotel offers 4 self-contained studios, ranging from 45 to 50 m², with 2 double beds and a single bed to accommodate up to 5 guests. Each studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette.
Dining and Drinks
Homemade breakfast, prepared with locally sourced fresh ingredients, is served daily from 07:30 to 11:00 in the lounge area, which features a stone-built fireplace. A Meal Box option is available for early risers or guests who prefer to take their breakfast on the go. Artisanal coffees and other beverages are available. Hot beverages and alcoholic drinks can be enjoyed throughout the day at the bar.
Papigo and Activities
The hotel is located in Papigo, which consists of Megalo (greater) Papigo and Mikro (lesser) Papigo, an integral part of the 46 villages that constitute the Zagori region. The area features cobbled lanes, stone mansions, and arched bridges, 60 of which have been preserved. Guests can visit Drakolimni at an elevation of 2050m and look out for the Tritons, small dragon-like amphibians. Hiking trails are available, and guests can trek through the Vikos gorge or mountaineer the peaks of Tymfi.

Guests can explore the natural pools located between Megalo and Mikro Papigo, swim in their cool water, and enjoy the scenery.
