Really good hospitality in the heart of it all

The reception staff demonstrated excellent communication skills. They effectively addressed questions before my visit. The staff organized a birthday cake, a appreciated gesture. They presented it with a candle during breakfast..

I found the shower small, although it features modern shower heads. The size did not quite match the shower box.

The staff provided excellent service. I loved the Batman-themed suite. It felt so special. The suite included fancy bathrooms. Each was beautifully designed.

The hotel is near the Omonia area. I thought this was not a safe area. The standard rooms seemed small, they felt ordinary. There were no special facilities in the hotel, I thought.

The staff were helpful and always smiling! I really enjoyed the breakfast. It had a great variety of choices. My room was very clean. The housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The hotel's location was perfect. I could walk to many attractions easily.

The shower door didn't quite seal properly, causing a little water to leak onto the bathroom floor. This was a minor inconvenience.

i stayed here for six nights. the staff was helpful and packed me a to-go breakfast since i departed too early to eat there. the bathroom is spacious and clean. the water pressure was good. i really appreciated this attention.

the room size is on the smaller side, but it was still comfortable.
