The Palazzo Righini wine cellar includes a selection of 400 labels. The cellar favors author wines and vintages, with a focus on Piedmontese red wines like Barolo and Barbaresco. Wines from other Italian regions and foreign wines, particularly French wines and Champagnes, are also available. The cellar contains almost 5,000 bottles, including white, red, sparkling, and raisin wines. Large format bottles, including magnums of Barolo, Barbaresco, and Champagne, are offered. The cellar features a tasting area with a table made from an eighteenth-century oak plank resting on old barrels.

The cooking school accommodates groups of 8-12 guests, with menus developed in collaboration with chefs. The cooking school takes place in the party room.
