The Palazzo Hotel offers 246 rooms, ranging from 28m² Deluxe Rooms with king-sized beds and garden access to the palatial 600m² Penthouse Suite. Executive Rooms measure 40m² and feature private entrance halls and walk-in dressing rooms. The 168m² Presidential Suite includes a separate dining room and butler service upon request. Medeo Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine prepared with South African produce and an extensive wine list, including selections from the Cape Winemakers Guild and Nederburg auctions. Signature dishes include Mediterranean burrata. The restaurant features a terrace overlooking the Palazzo koi pond and Tuscan gardens. Café Rialto, located on the 2nd floor, serves light meals and features a resident pianist. High Tea is served daily in Medeo. Guests can also find over 30 restaurants, coffee shops, and bars at Montecasino.
Leisure and Entertainment
Guests have access to one of the largest hotel pools in the country, Adventure Golf, and the Mangwanani Boutique Spa. The fitness center offers 24-hour access to equipment, refreshments, and towels. The hotel is located within the Montecasino precinct, with access to entertainment, movies, theatre, and gaming options.
