Pala Mesa Resort has California Ranch-inspired rooms with deep club chairs, down comforters, cable TV, walk-in closets, a wet bar, and a coffee maker. The modern rooms feature neutral colors, sliding barn doors, down bedding, cable TV, and a Lavazza espresso machine. Each guestroom includes premium bedding, laptop-friendly workspaces, desk chairs, and air conditioning. Deluxe and Executive rooms have a patio or private balcony with views of the Monserate hills or golf course fairways. Rooms include free toiletries and a flat-screen TV.

Aquaterra Restaurant offers seafood and home-cooked meals, along with drink specials and affordable wines. The open-air Snack Bar serves deli sandwiches made to order, plus a variety of beverages.
