the location was ideal. the building looked well maintained. it was easy to walk to the ferry and the train.
i was on the top floor. there was no lift available. a lot of stairs were present.

the location allowed convenient access to the harbour front. nearby, i found easy walking distance to amenities. it's true the staff seemed attentive and kind.

i found the location to be perfect as it was on the main street facing the harbour the railway station and bus stops are close i had a big tv in my room the style felt classic. anne and her son provided amazing breakfasts with harbour views to mull staff were kind and helpful .
the lack of a lift posed a slight inconvenience being on a higher floor but it was manageable

the hotel has an very nice location it is easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go the building is well maintained the hotel is close to bus stops the train station and the ferry terminal for nearby islands.

the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the room reeked of stale air freshener. the decor felt outdated, and the bed layout was peculiar. the room had a strange arrangement i'd not seen before.

The hotel's location is wonderful! walking to shops and restaurants was easy. popping back to the room to drop off shopping bags was a nice convenience. i also appreciated the selection of teas provided in the room. It added a homey touch.
i noticed the absence of a lift, so carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs was a bit challenging

Breakfast includes views of the wharf and harbor, facing mull. It is a lovely start to the day. the breakfast offered a satisfying range of options, suited for a good morning meal. i appreciated the fresh ingredients that were used.

The location was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants, it made exploring so easy. i loved the selection of teas in the room, a thoughtful touch. the owner gave a lovely welcome. It felt so personal and warm. i would also mention, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The staircase was excellent. it was also daunting after a long day out.

Acceptable Stay, Issues Needs Addressing

The location was ideal. It provided easy access to the harbor front.
The staff were rude at night. They told my family we could not bring any outside drinks into the hotel. They threatened to throw us out if we did not comply, which I found unacceptable. 200 pounds got taken from my Nana's account. The staff gave us the runaround about it.
