Condos include a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and basic cooking and dinnerware. Some suites feature a balcony with an ocean view, two bedrooms, and a large double-size sofa bed, full kitchen and a safety deposit box. Select studios feature a private balcony with an ocean view, a large double-size sofa bed, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms.

The Palace Restaurant, open seasonally, serves a light dining menu. It is located on the lobby level. Menu options include wraps, salads, burgers and sandwiches. The Palace Lounge, also open seasonally and located in the restaurant, provides beach-themed beverages, blended options and non-alcoholic drinks with an ocean view.

Palace Resort has onsite amenities: indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a large oceanfront outdoor pool and an exercise room. Guests receive 2 free waterpark passes each day of their stay during the H2OASIS Waterpark season. This seasonal waterpark includes three slides, a kids' slide and a water splash landing area. Other amenities include a seasonal lounge and an arcade near the pool deck entrance. A seasonal putting green is located next to the oceanfront pools. An indoor whirlpool is adjacent to the northern pool. Three outdoor whirlpools are steps from the oceanfront pools.
