Pacaya Lodge & Spa has eight casitas, each featuring two King Rooms. These rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a private balcony, and a hammock. Folding beds are available. The Double Rooms are in the main building and feature two double beds, a private bathroom, and a private balcony. The Junior Suites, also in the main casita, include a living room, a bathroom, and a loft bedroom; suites accommodate extra guests on a sofa bed. The Pacaya Suite, located on the edge of Laguna de Apoyo crater, includes a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a hammock.
Dining at Pacaya
Executive chef Janine Fiche de Bon Vine, with over 40 years of experience in French cuisine, directs the dining at Pacaya Lodge & Spa. The chef's team provides gourmet dishes, and the dining experience includes a view of Laguna de Apoyo. The Chef's Table offers a seasonal menu. Chef Hernández offers courses with a seasonal menu, including four courses and a bottle of house wine or champagne.
Activities and wellness
Pacaya Lodge & Spa offers activities such as relaxing yoga classes on the yoga deck, digging for pre-Colombian artifacts, rainforest wildlife tracking, and sailing or paddleboarding on Laguna de Apoyo.
