“In my opinion, this capsule hotel stands out for its exceptional staff, particularly Marcia and Daisy, who are willing to assist guests beyond expectations, even those not staying at the property. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of Atocha train station, the Prado Museum, and Retiro Park. While I believe ventilation may be a concern during the hotter months, the clean facilities and helpful service make it a worthwhile experience.”
