The staff at reception was always ready to assist. They spoke english well. i appreciated the cleanliness, not just in my room but throughout the hotel. i found the location convenient. It was near the metro. the value for money was really good!
The sound isolation wasn't perfect. I could hear noises from the corridor at times.

the room included clean sheets and towels, changed daily. there was a functional wardrobe offering space for clothing. a work desk was available, helpful for business. the bathroom was super clean, a testament to the cleaning staff.

The reception staff was very helpful. They responded promptly to my requests. breakfast service runs until 11am. This is convenient for late risers. staff spoke english well. Communication was never a barrier. i appreciated the attentiveness.

I found the location really convenient. The metro and bus stops were very close. Staff stored my luggage after checkout and that helped me a lot. The hotel offered basic rooms. It was good for the money I spent.
The walls was thin and I could hear noises from other rooms.
