i found the hotel's interior design very appealing. the staff was friendly and helpful. i really liked the location, everything was so close, the shops and food were nearby and the bathroom had a nice size!

The dry cleaning service was a bit slow. I had to wait longer than expected.

The staff offered super assistance. They were always available and ready to help with our requests. adnan's kindness stood out and was very much appreciated. He offered great service to all guests. the reception staff ensured we felt welcome.

The hotel sits in a very convenient spot near the waterfront. it is close to many shops, restaurants, and local attractions. I found it perfect for exploring the area. public transportation access is also a definite advantage.

Our superior double room had a good balcony overlooking a small street. It was very nice. it was huge. the room featured air conditioning. It helped us get through the warmer days. the bathroom was very clean, and we appreciated the fresh towels daily!
