the staff was very friendly. the cleaning lady was amazing. she kept the hotel super clean. all staff members were professional and accommodating.

the shower was not designed well. the water pressure was not good. sometimes the shower water was cold. tea and milk in the room were never restocked.

The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the public bus stop.

The bathroom had a serious design flaw. After each shower, the entire bathroom flooded, which wasn't exactly thrilling.

the staff acted polite. that was acceptable i guess.

the wifi barely worked. i struggled to load even basic webpages, let alone stream any videos. it reminded me of i was back in the stone age trying to connect.
