The hotel had a calm vibe. The staff were very nice and helpful. The shampoo and conditioner were high quality.. I found such thoughtful touches elevated the experience.

The Japanese style room lacked the tatami mat. It was essential for a true Japanese experience. The room was super narrow. There was little space with a large suitcase.

the breakfast buffet offered many options and tasty local dishes. i especially liked that complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and miso soup were available all day. the location was very convenient with easy access to bus stops and the train station. i found the staff very helpful and cute .

i noticed a bit of dust in THE room and the towels weren't perfectly arranged after housekeeping.

I found staff friendly. They told me about the hotel's drink service. I got to try some tasty sake. The lobby area has a peaceful garden in its centre. Free sake and snacks at night felt so cute.

The wash and dry machine do not dry clothes fully. It is an area for improvement. the hotel is good.
