friendly staff delicious breakfast comfortable beds

the staff were friendly even during a busy event. they were always cute and accommodating to my needs. the breakfast was delicious with many choices. the beds were super comfortable. i slept very well in the executive suite.

the elevators took a long time in the mornings because the hotel was busy.

fresh items paper bags attentive staff

The breakfast buffet was a true highlight! a wide selection of fresh items were available. i appreciated the paper bags offered. I used them to grab fruit for later. the hotel staff proved attentive and quick. They promptly fulfilled every request i had.

The parking situation was a bit unclear. It caused some initial confusion.

The room featured a comfortable bed and nice, warm temperature. It also included toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, hand gel and hand cream. big, thick towels were a welcome addition! i found housekeeping services thorough with daily visits.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. i saw many staff members speaking english. i especially liked the quick problem solving and polite communication with every staff member.

breakfast included a good assortment of cereals, fruit, and cooked food! it was also possible to pack snacks for later which i found very convenient. the breakfast hours were also very long, from 6 to 10 am.

the hotel has good public transport links. i could easily access major attractions! the fairgrounds are a short walk away. the surrounding area is very quiet, this is a fantastic advantage

good variety smooth arrival

the breakfast provided a very good variety with eggs, breads, salads, meat, and cheese. the staff was young, nice, and professional which i very much appreciated. parking was available on the premises , made arrival smooth.

the breakfast buffet was really good and offered many choices to suit various preferences. there was good coffee available and even champagne was offered. i found this detail to be quite excellent and upscale.

the hotel featured three lifts that operated efficiently for access to upper floors. i was on the top tenth floor in a large spacious renovated room. the location was quiet and provided convenient access to the city center within five minutes by motorcycle.

The lifts were slow. That created delays. breakfast was too crowded. the hotel felt really busy, probably because it is a conference hotel.

the breakfast buffet provided an excellent selection. i found plentiful choices with many options available early in the morning at 6 am. parking was conveniently located and accessible arriving by car.
