Apartments are available in 40sqm or 60sqm configurations, consisting of a main room with a sofa bed and one or two separate room areas, depending on the apartment type. Rooms include a 42" LED Smart TV in the living area and bedrooms, plus a functional kitchen equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and crockery. Some rooms feature a moulded resin coating and a colorful LED's RGB panel. Select COCOON rooms offer anti-allergic woven vinyl flooring and motorized shading systems. Deluxe Suites span 40sqm and feature a private sleeping room and a living area convertible into a bed, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a shower made of Mortex and resin coating. The two rooms of the Deluxe Suite are equipped with 42'' LED multimedia TV and air conditioning with separated control. The property also has 'Business' rooms where pets are welcome.
