Wonderful City Stay
clean rooms central location wide selection helpful staff
I found the rooms clean. The hotel is close to the city center (it's nice to be able to walk everywhere!). Breakfast offered a wide selection of items. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, ESPECIALLY when I needed directions.
I noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in the room (just a few scratches).

The hotel enjoys excellent access to main attractions. The pier is within easy walking distance. Walking to key city attractions is very convenient from here. The hotel is located very centrally.

The breakfast buffet provided plenty of options. A variety of choices were available. I liked the variety of the food. It was nice to try many new things from Turkish cuisine.

My room included air conditioning. The room size was spacious. The bathroom was large with modern interiors. The hotel offers a pool and spa area in the basement (i enjoyed it!).

The staff was attentive. They were helpful with all my requests. The manager was very accommodating when I had to change dates. I really appreciated this level of customer service.
