The staff members were lovely and very friendly. The bed I had was very comfy. It was probably one of the best beds I have ever slept in. The shower was amazing (I loved it!).

The heating in the room seemed to switch off after 10 PM. I noticed the housekeeping seemed below a 4-star level. Operating the sink resulted in getting wet (because of splashing).
