i found the room very spacious and modern. the complementary breakfast was tasty with really good options made to order.

The heating switched off after 10 pm. This became a problem. housekeeping did not seem at a 4-star level. I noticed that when operating the sink in the bathroom, i would get wet because of splashing.

I am buzzing about my stay. the room had amazing tech, including lighting and climate settings. coded room locks. i also scored a free hour in the spa. That was such a bonus!

The toilet is in a separate room from the shower. This would be fine if there was a sink in the toilet room. walking from the toilet to the bathroom to wash your hands is unhygienic. there wasn't even a small sink there!

The staff members were lovely and very friendly. The bed I had was very comfy. It was probably one of the best beds I have ever slept in. The shower was amazing (I loved it!).

The heating in the room seemed to switch off after 10 PM. I noticed the housekeeping seemed below a 4-star level. Operating the sink resulted in getting wet (because of splashing).
