I found the lounge to have a unique vibe. The staff was always available, providing helpful information. A large supermarket is conveniently located right behind the building.
The WiFi signal was unfortunately quite weak. I had difficulty connecting at all.

I found the receptionists helpful. They were fluent in both english and german. they were also very professional. the hotel provided a complimentary travel pass. this allowed free bus transport within the city. I considered this a great touch.
The reception shares space with the bar. They focus on drink orders. i also asked a question about reaching a town. The receptionist did not know. i wanted some help.
