The hotel is situated perfectly for attending exhibitions. It is close to the exhibition center. the staff demonstrated friendliness and provided useful assistance, i found that very comforting. the bar area presented a spacious and relaxing environment.

i found the absence of tea and coffee amenities in the room inconvenient. the lack of air conditioning also created discomfort, as i had no personal control over the room's temperature.

the hotel was very clean! i found the staff to be very professional and attentive. when i had questions, they were quick to help. the proximity to public transport was a big plus for me. it made getting around super easy!

the room was a bit too cold for my liking. the comforter felt a bit small, not quite warm enough for a chilly night.

the staff seemed friendly enough, i suppose.

the climate control was broken and i could not open the window. this meant i had to leave the door open to get some airflow, which wasn't great. also, the parking situation was less than ideal as i had to find and pay extra for a public lot.

This hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right by the train station! plus, the cathedral and the lanxess arena are within walking distance. It's super easy to get here straight from the airport i found the staff nice, they really went the extra mile with my room request! the bar had plenty of space and comfy spots to chill, the perfect end to my days.

The faucet in my room had a loose top. It's a small detail, but worth noting.
