FANTASTIC stay

helpful staff safe feeling good breakfast

I was initially drawn in by the reviews. They assured me of its value. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly at all times. I always felt SAFE because the staff made sure we were well-cared for. The included breakfast was a delight.

The elevators experienced some delays. This was only a minor inconvenience.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was convenient. There was a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and sodas and a spacious work desk with multiple outlets. The blackout curtains ensured restful nights.

Facilities

8/10

The fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. I appreciated this. The business center offers printing and scanning services, a great thing.

The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. This makes things EASIER. The beach is right across the street. The view is magnificent. Public transportation is easily accessible from this location.

Good stay near Copacabana Beach

The location was excellent. I got a room with a fantastic ocean view. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast had many options (I especially liked fresh fruit).

The room was noisy. I could hear sounds from the corridor. There was no kettle in the room. The shower was small.

tiny shower annoying lift

The breakfast had many options. This suited my family well.

The room i booked had issues. The shower was tiny. it seemed like standing under a hose rather than a proper shower head. the lift was also annoying. It beeped every time it stopped, all day and night.
