street noisefaulty air conditioning
My room faced the street. The street noise was quite noticeable. the air conditioning didn't work very well, it barely cooled the room, made sleeping difficult. I asked about getting it fixed, but nothing happened. They should really check these things before guests arrive or at least pretend to care about it.
