excellent location clean room car park customer service

the location was excellent near the center.. i could visit most of the surroundings. the room was clean and big.

i booked this hotel because it had a car park. i was told the hotel did not have one, and i could not even drop someone off because it is in a pedestrian area. customer service at this hotel was not helpful.

tasteless eggs rock-hard rolls

The breakfast buffet, was a real letdown. eggs tasted off, and i felt sick the whole day. the rolls i tried next morning were so hard, i could barely bite into them. Such a waste!

location worked well. walking distances to nearby attractions exists. breakfast offered many tasty options. the helpful staff assisted with luggage after checkout.

the pedestrian area made parking problematic, and the hotel did not provide adequate assistance moving the car.
