“This hotel, a converted rice mill in Klaipeda's old town, strikes me as a place with genuine character. The Rozmarinas restaurant, specializing in European cuisine, seems a real draw, and the location near the Curonian Spit and Old Castle makes it ideal for exploring the area; I appreciate that it's pet-friendly, too. However, I find the added charge for coffee at check-out a misstep in hospitality.”
