balanced stay
convenient location helpful parking good breakfast noisy air conditioning impractical bathtub difficult entry
the location was convenient. the parking costed 10 eur per day and was very helpful. the breakfast had good variety! i found the staff nice and cute.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust and noisy. the shower was in the bathtub and not practical. It was about 50 cm deep. it was difficult to enter the bathtub without a step.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Views
room upgrade spacious room comfortable bed convenient location
I received an upgrade upon arrival. The room was spacious and well-lit. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the inclusion of a computer desk. The location is really convenient, it allows easy access to the city center.
I noticed that the hotel charges extra for bottled water. I think it should be included.

Breakfast offered plenty of choices and fresh options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh-squeezed orange juice. There was also freshly ground coffee available. It provided a great start to the day. The restaurant on the 12th floor offers fine views.

The room had excellent light and was nicely designed. It included a comfortable bed, a desk, and chairs. The view from the window was amazing. I enjoyed seeing the sunrises and sunsets.

The room was spacious and clean i really enjoyed the excellent view from the window. The staff was very nice and polite, always ready to help. Breakfast was super nice. It offered a good variety of choices.
the building seemed a little old and the furniture looked a bit tired.

the hotel boasts an AMAZING location right in the heart of everything. i found the breakfast selection very good with fresh options. the parking was convenient and reasonably priced at €6 per day!
my room had a slight smell.

the receptionists were friendly, helpful, and courteous. they answered all my questions efficiently. the staff provided clear directions to navigate the hotel's layout, a big plus for such a big place!

A stay with some downsides
seaview room central location comfy bed old carpet funky floor no contact
I stayed in a seaview room on the 17th floor, the view was definitely the main point. The location is very central, so it was easy to get around. The bed was comfy, which I always appreciate.
The carpets are old and funky. The floors. The management did not contact me. I was told they would contact me on Monday, but there was no contact.
