charming stay in a Heritage Building

The location was unbeatable and i found the staff good and very helpful. The traditional building had real atmosphere and character. My room was serviced each day as requested, a really nice touch. The air conditioning and electric fans offered welcome relief from the humidity and heat.

The plunge pool is quite small it is more for a quick dip than for swimming.

Breakfast featured both indian and continental options and it was served outdoors. The home-cooked quality was noticeable, with fresh ingredients and careful preparation. I appreciated the variety and the lovely setting for starting the day.

I was happy to have access to a laundry service and it was both excellent and affordable. The hotel also provided filtered safe drinking water on every floor, very welcomed. The courtyard garden offered a peaceful escape after busy days.

The hotel's location is very central for all amenities in the area. I found it easy to walk to many historical sites from the hotel. There were many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.

The staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. They sorted out taxis to and from the airport for me with no hassle. Staff could also book tours if needed, a bonus.

The building had very nice restoration. Filtered water was a nice touch in my room. The bathroom toiletries were also of great quality. The staff are lovely. They accommodated my requests very well.

I noticed that the main receptionist sometimes answered calls quite late.

the location is convenient as it provides access to the area. the building features a traditional style. the rooms are modern. the staff members are friendly.

the manager did not inform us of check out time. i was warned about vacating quickly. we tripped because of this situation. there were no other guests waiting.

limited space street noise

I encountered a few issues. The room felt quite small. Storage space was limited, and I struggled to keep my luggage organized. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially in the early morning. I wish the windows had better soundproofing, because I woke up several times.
